Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage, Rock ’n’ Roller
Coaster starring AEROSMITH, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Fantasmic!
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST - LIVE ON STAGE is a must see musical production. It is delightful
and beautiful. This 30 minute Live Musical Broadway-style production is held at The Theater of the Stars
where it can hold 1500 guests in a canopy covered outdoor amphitheater. The choreography and dancing is
beautiful and the sets and costumes are magical. Ladies, the dresses are to die for!
You will hear the following songs from the Disney animated feature film: "Be Our Guest", "Beauty
and the Beast", "Belle", "Gaston", "The Mob Song" and "Something There". Fun Fact: opened November
GUEST POLICIES: For Guests with hearing impairments, Handheld Captioning & Assistive
Listening Devices are available at Guest Services. Guests may remain in wheelchair or ECV.
ROCK’ N’ ROLLER COASTER STARRING AEROSMITH is an extreme roller coaster ride! If you
like speed, this is the ride for you!
The music of AEROSMITH is blasting in your ears with 120 onboard speakers. This
indoor roller coaster features a high speed launch of 0 - 60 mph in 2.8 seconds!
Aerosmith greets you as they finish up their studio recording session at the
fictional G-Force Records. They notice you watching them and invite you to join them in their limo as
they head to their concert.
You go to the boarding area and climb into a 24-passenger "stretch limo".
As your "limo" blasts off your feeling 5 G’s as you head for the first upside down loop.
(Astronauts aboard a Space Shuttle experience 3 G’s at lift off) It is fast and smooth with each of the
3 inversions you hardly feel. Fun Fact: opened on August 1, 1999. For awhile, when this
attraction first opened, there was a real person who was part of the Aerosmith video pre-show scene.
GUEST POLICIES: Fastpass (WARNING) For safety, you should be in good health,
have no neck or back problems, or be an expectant mother. Guests must transfer to a standard wheelchair
and then transfer to the ride. You must be at least 48" tall.
THE TWILIGHT ZONE TOWER OF TERROR is by far one of the best rides. (One of my favorites!)
13 stories high and an elevator not working at its best! This ride is just fun and exciting and a little
different each time you ride it.
Just looking at this hotel can give you the willies. If you stand there and watch
you can see the different doors opening and the screaming "Guests" inside. There is plenty of room for
everyone, so don't be shy.
When you walk through the deserted lobby you
can tell there hasn’t been any maid service for quite some time. There are cobwebs and a layer of dust
everywhere and on everything. Obviously, they haven't had maid service for years........There is haunting
music in the background, playing melodies from the past by Glenn Miller and Duke Ellington.
Sometimes all you hear is the screams
of the other guests trying to get up to their rooms. Fun Facts: opened July 1994. The
hotel lobby contains some valuable antiques.
From here, you are directed to the Library where the lights dim and you will see
Rod Serling in black and white on television telling you about the Hollywood Tower Hotel in its heyday.
He tells the
story about a young couple, a little girl with her Governess and a bellhop that entered the elevator in
1917. The doors close, they start to go up, lightning hits the building and they vanish.
When the doors open on the opposite side of the Library you will make your way to the
basement or boiler room of the hotel to get on YOUR 1917 service elevator.
GUEST POLICIES: Fast pass (WARNING) For safety, you should be in good health, have no neck
or back problems or be an expectant mother. For Guests with hearing impairments; Video Captioning Devices
at located at Guest Services. You must be 40‘ high to ride. Guests must transfer to standard wheelchair
and then transfer to ride.
FANTASMIC is the most incredible nighttime show and a must see for the family. The show
is 25 minutes of incredible lasers and light show with spectacular special effects. The Hollywood Hills
Amphitheater holds over 12,000 guests that sit comfortably on metal benches that are banked for easy
You will want to arrive at least an hour and a half before the show starts.
(Pay attention to the poles that may block your view)
Watch Sorcerer Mickey battle Disney Villains in this laser and light show on the massive "water
screens". Also, if you don’t want to get wet from the floating mists coming off of the screens, don’t sit
in the front 15 rows.
The amphitheater opens 90 minutes before the show begins. You can bring in outside food or purchase
snacks inside. Also, you can book a Fantasmic Dinner Package which gives you reserved seating. Fun
Facts: Opened October 15, 1998. Fantasmic originated in Disneyland.(where there are no seats and you
have to stand the entire show) Tip: The Disney Villains can be pretty scary, and loud. If your
little one scares easily, sit towards the back in case you have to leave.
GUEST POLICIES: (WARNING) May be frightening to children. For Guest with hearing impairments;
Handheld Captioning & Assistive Listening Devices are located at Guest Services. Guests may remain in
wheelchair or ECV.
