THE SEAS WITH NEMO AND FRIENDS (formerly The Living Seas) is great fun for the whole family. The underwater setting is soothing as you are submersed in a colorful underwater world. This attraction revolves around one of the largest saltwater aquariums in the world which was developed by Walt Disney Imagineering in consultation with some of the world's foremost oceanographic experts.

Dory Seagulls

You can’t help smile when you see Nemo, Dory and their little friends. And, of course, you can’t help smile when you hear "Mine, Mine, Mine" and you know that sound is from those pesky seagulls.

Nemo Ride

With the use of that special Disney lighting, it appears as if you're under the sea. As you are transported by "Clam-Mobiles" you watch as Nemo and his friends come to life right in front of you among real-life fish living in a 5.7 million gallon tank of salt water. The colors are wonderful. Dad finds Nemo and all the characters sing "Big Blue World" as they say goodbye.

GUEST POLICIES: For Guests with hearing impairments; Handheld Captioning Devices are available at Guest Services. Guests must transfer to standard wheelchair.

TURTLE TALK WITH CRUSH is fabulous for all ages. I really feel they should have a TURTLE TALK for the adults because it is that enjoyable. The Disney Imagineers have created an amazing technology giving an animated version of Crush the ability to have real-time conversations with the audience. (Which are children)

Turtle Talk When you are ushered into the small theater the children know to head up to the front and sit on the carpeted floor close to the screen. A Cast Member hosts the session and it begins with everyone calling for Crush to appear. When he makes his entrance, he can "see" the audience. Crush makes comments about the "dudette with the pink shell" (the color of the girl's shirt), or the "dude with the blue shell" (the color of the boy’s shirt), when pointing out a child, much to their delight. The children are encouraged to ask questions and Crush teaches how to "dude-speak." The looks on these children’s faces are wonderful and are in such awe of Crush. Each visit is different because this is a live interactive chat.

GUEST POLICIES: For Guests with hearing impairments; Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Services. Guests may remain in wheelchair or ECV.

The Seas
The Sea Base and Caribbean Coral Reef Aquarium is where you cantravel deep below the ocean waves to discover the magic and mysteries of underwater life. The pavilion's signature 5.7 million gallon salt-water tank, named Caribbean Coral Reef, is home to 6,000 inhabitants representing over 60 species, including sea turtles, angelfish, dolphins, rays, sharks and a very special manatee rehabilitation area.

There's a separate tank where the Manatees are found. Throughout the day a Cast Member is there to answer questions about these gentle giants and the ongoing efforts to save them from extinction.

The Seas

FUN FACTS: The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion houses the second largest salt water tank in the world (5.7 million gallons). The tank is so large that it could hold the diameter of Spaceship Earth! This aquarium features over two hundred species of sea life including dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, gliding rays and a 500 lb. Grouper, as well as a rainbow of multi-colored tropical fish. The tank is 200' in diameter, is 27' deep and the glass is 8 inches thick. Also, Green Sea Turtles breathe air and can hold their breath for up to 6 hours.

Bruces Shark World

Check out "Bruce's Shark World" and it is a fun way to learn more about sharks. You can take your photo either next to or in the mouth of Bruce. This is Taylor, my girlfriend Jeanette’s granddaughter, in Bruce’s mouth when they went to Epcot a couple of years ago. As you can tell, she is having a very good time!

There are all sorts of hands-on activities, so be sure to touch the "shark skin" and peek into the periscopes!

The Coral Reef Restaurant

THE CORAL REEF RESTAURANT is where you can dine "under the sea", with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling view of the pavilion's massive aquarium that holds one of the largest man-made ocean environments in the world. We had a wonderful time and the food was incredible.

Coral Reef Restaurant

Since the seating is tiered, every seat has an incredible view of the 8 foot high windows looking into the Living Seas Aquarium. The lighting is turned down and the interior is decorated in soothing shades of blue and green which enhance the underwater effect.

Please enjoy moments from the Coral Reef Restaurant!
